📋 Insurance Coverage
We work with a variety of insurance plans and are actively expanding our network. To find out which insurances are currently accepted, please email us at:

It is the patient’s responsibility to ensure that a current and valid referral from your referring physician is on file prior to starting or continuing care.
🧾 Private Pay / No Insurance
If you do not have active insurance coverage, full payment is required at the time of service.
📞 Cancellation & No-Show Policy
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please call to cancel as soon as possible.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
No-shows or late cancellations will result in a $50 fee, which is not billable to insurance.
We understand that life happens—please contact us if there are extenuating circumstances.
💳 Payment & Past Due Balances
You will receive a statement for any balance after your insurance has processed the claim.
Balances are due upon receipt.
If you are experiencing financial hardship, please call our billing department to discuss flexible payment options.
Please note: If your balance remains unpaid despite repeated reminders, we may be required to take necessary collection or legal action. Our priority is to work with you compassionately to avoid this outcome.
