Our clinic will be in-network with the following insurance providers:

• Premera Blue Cross

• Optum
• Cigna

Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans will follow shortly after as credentialing is completed.

We’re currently finalizing credentialing and completing renovations, and we look forward to working with you soon!
